The Cost:

Early Bird registration: $250 - the cost of diamonds and insurance accounts for the increase - Deadline is July 8th, 2011. Payment and the form must be received by this date.

Late registration: payment and form must be received no later than July 31st: $300 - there needs to be a penalty : ) Scheduling changes are ugly! plus we need to go out of pocket to cover your fee - valid July 9th to 31st only.

Alternately, you can mail the form and payment to the address on the form. Please ensure we receive your registration by July 8th if you wish to pay the Early Bird amount.

Waivers will be posted later and collected at the diamonds. Coaches will be notified in advance.

Note to all Captains, please print this waiver form and have it filled out BEFORE you play your first game, for insurance purposes. Thanks!

Also, please make sure that your team is at the diamond at least 5 minutes prior to your game time. The schedule is very tight this year and this will help move the games along. If your team is late and the 10 minute grace period expires you will forfeit the game. There was an incident last year in B, so just wanted to bring everyone's attention to this.

ASA Bats Only

In the interest of safety we discussed using legal bats with our umpires and agree that ASA certified bats only be used in our tournament, in all games and both divisions.   The umpires and tournament volunteers will be checking all bats before and during each game.

If you have any doubt as to whether or not your bat complies please refer to the legal and illegal bat list here or ask the umpire before you go up to bat.

The following links show bats with ASA certification labels that were deemed illegal later on and may not be used in our tournament - all lists updated July 19, 2010.   Please, carefully review all of them.
